Corrections policy

Trust grows when changes are visible.

Public intelligence should show when a claim, source, confidence level, or recommendation has changed.

01Corrections

Factual errors are corrected visibly with the date, nature of the correction, and affected conclusion.

02Updates

New evidence that changes confidence or interpretation is recorded as an update rather than silently replacing the earlier version.

03Withdrawals

Content may be withdrawn when the evidence is materially unreliable, confidentiality has been breached, or the publication can no longer be responsibly maintained.

04Version history

Decision briefs and monitored topics should retain a clear history of material changes and why they occurred.
