AI & intelligence outputs

Decision support, never automated judgment.

What our reports, briefs, signals, and AI-assisted outputs are, what they are not, and the accountability that attaches to them. This is a summary; the definitive terms are maintained by eSora Labs Ltd.

01What an output is

An intelligence output — a brief, report, evidence map, signal, or dashboard — is structured decision support: evidence gathered, graded, and organised so a qualified person can decide with clarity. It is not professional advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, treat, or hire, and not a substitute for the judgment of the people accountable for the decision.

02Human accountability

Every output we deliver is designed to be reviewed, challenged, and owned by a human decision-maker. Where AI systems contribute to analysis, a person at eSora reviews the material before it is delivered, and a person on your side remains accountable for acting on it.

03No automated decisions about individuals

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals. Matching, scoring, or screening performed by ecosystem products is decision support for human reviewers, within the governance boundaries described in Responsible AI.

04Sources and citation

Outputs cite their sources under our Source discipline: claims trace to named evidence, and what we could not verify is marked as such. AI-generated analysis is checked against those sources before delivery; unverifiable statements are removed or labelled.

05Confidence and limitations

Where we express confidence, it follows the levels in our Confidence framework. Evidence has limits: availability, recency, and source independence all constrain what an output can claim. Those limits are stated, not smoothed over.

06Use restrictions

Outputs are delivered for the stated purpose and audience. Do not republish them as standalone advice, present them to third parties as guarantees of outcome, or use them as the sole basis for decisions about individuals. Corrections and material updates follow our Corrections policy.
